Craig Morgan's highly anticipated new studio album, his first for BNA Records, That's Why, is scheduled for release on Oct. 21. That's Why's hit lead single, "Love Remembers," co-written by Morgan, is currently in the Top 30 and rapidly climbing the Country radio charts. Morgan is excited about his new release. "This album is a continuation of the life-telling stories that I have done throughout my career, and now, I have been given so many new tools to work with that I have the opportunity to be more creative than in the past," Morgan said. "Because of my new relationship with BNA Records and the support they are showing me, I am more excited about making new music now than I've ever been!" Morgan wrote six of the album's 10 tracks and returned to the studio with longtime producer Phil O'Donnell, with whom he shares production credit. The songs that blend That's Why into a Craig Morgan album encompass the experience of the "everyday man," songs of love and celebration of life uncomplicated, and that winning mix is what makes Morgan a fan-favorite. Morgan has built his tremendous popularity with the Country fans with his signature hits, including "Almost Home," "Redneck Yacht Club," "International Harvester" and "That's What I Love About Sunday," which was Billboard's Most Played Country Song of 2005. Morgan spent 10 years on active duty in the U.S. Army before launching his music career, and makes a point to perform as often as possible at U.S. military installations both in the U.S. and abroad. He was awarded the USO Merit Award in 2006 for his tireless support of U.S. soldiers and their families.
