Nashville Star Audition Cities Announced

2/12/2008 Do you live in the Charlotte, Kansas City, Tallahassee, Denver, New Orleans, or Portland areas? Auditions for the sixth season of Nashville Star are coming up in those cities beginning tomorrow (2/13). The singing competition will air on NBC this year, moving from the USA Network. As in the past, the winner of this season's search will receive a recording contract with a major label. One change this year is that the producers are not only auditioning solo acts, but duets and trios as well. Auditions for this season have already been held in Pittsburgh and Milwaukee.
