Comedian Cledus T. Judd Is Hearing Wedding Bells

They say everything happens for a reason. Country comedian Cledus T. Judd must be a firm believer after a softball injury dislocated his shoulder and led him to the woman he will marry today in Cartersville, Ga.

Judd, who is now a radio DJ in Atlanta, was referred by his doctor to see a massage therapist, and ended up meeting his future wife, Amy Cameron.

"I went in two days in a row," Judd said. "The second time, I was like, 'OK, I have to have the digits here.' I asked her to dinner and we went out. I swear to you, there was never a doubt the first time I kissed her on the first date. I was in from there.”

Judd proposed about four weeks ago by giving Cameron a ring and a book about long lasting marriages, according to the tennessean.com. The newlyweds will spend their honeymoon in Florida.

"I am so happy. It's as good as it gets for me," he said. "I've got a great job, my parents are still alive and I'm going to have a beautiful wife that believes in me, that trusts me and I trust."
