Rodney Atkins is no stranger when it comes to chart-topping singles, and adding to the list of history making singles, Atkins’ “Take A Back Road” is one of the most added songs at country radio this week.

"I heard this song and immediately knew it was for me,” said Atkins. "This song has hit written all over it. Anyone who has ever been stuck in traffic will surely relate."

Forty different stations added the song in its debut week. The single follows "Farmer's Daugher" as the second single from Atkins’ upcoming release.

To celebrate the song's release, Atkins is offering listeners the chance to win a Chevy Silverado through a nationwide contest on various radio stations.
