Toby Keith Returns To Opry Stage

Toby-Keith-2011

Toby Keith is making his second appearance on the Grand Ole Opry since his debut on the historic stage in 2002.

Keith's Show Dog-Universal label mates Trace Adkins and Carter's Chord will also join the "Bullets in the Gun" singer at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.

"The Opry is the most prestigious historical music-related event in all of country music," said Keith. "I don't live in Tennessee and it's always been difficult for me to make the arrangements to perform on that grand stage. But it doesn't keep me from listening almost ritualistically to it."

In addition to the regular 7 p.m. show, another performance has been added at 9:30 p.m.

The shows are slated for Jan. 29 and will be the last of the Opry's winter performances at the Ryman. To plan an Opry visit, go to http://opry.com or call 1-800-SEE-OPRY.
