The Band Perry is atop the MediaBase/Country Aircheck and Billboard Country charts with their recent single, “If I Die Young.” This is the first No. 1 hit for the trio of siblings.
Group member Reid Perry said the song influences people to live each day to the fullest.
“It’s really meeting people right where they are and helping them,” he said in an interview with TheBoot.com. “For some folks, it’s a song of healing if they’ve had recent losses.”
