Rascal Flatts’ first release on Big Machine Records, Nothing Like This, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Albums chart, earning the trio the distinction of being one of only four acts to debut six consecutive albums at the top.
The album debuted at No. 6 on the Top 200 chart, selling nearly 165,000 copies and nearly 280,000 digital downloads.
The successful debut comes after the group made several television, radio and online appearances to launch the album.
“Why Wait,” the first single from Nothing Like This, currently sits at No. 4 on the charts.
