Toby Keith overtook Kenny Chesney on Billboard charts today as his recent release, Bullets in the Gun, was named the top selling CD in the U.S.
Nielsen SoundScan reports the album has sold 71,000 units. Meanwhile, Chesney’s Hemmingway’s Whiskey has sold 65,000 units.
The album, Bullets in the Gun, is Keith’s fourth No. 1 release. Keith will next be performing in West Point, N.Y., at the Eisenhower Hall on Nov. 11.
