Charlie Daniel collaborated with popular band Widespread Panic and caused a little havoc at the band's concert at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

It was a packed house and fans from around the world were only expecting to hear Widespread Panic, but the band invited Daniels to join them on the third night of their sold out shows. Daniels fired up his fiddle and joined them on tunes  “Ain’t Life Grand,” “Who Do You Belong To” and “When You Coming Home.”

Daniels said, “I was honored to be asked to play with WSP. It was a fun night of jammin' with a group of great musicians.”

Daniels gave the closing keynote at the International Entertainment Buyers Association annual conferece in downtown Nashville this week. For being a member of the inaugural class of the IEBA Hall of Fame, Daniels was given an award from IEBA Chairman Barry Jeffrey following his speech.
