Roseanne Cash's Memoir Debuts on New York Times Bestseller List

Roseanne Cash's recently published memoir, Composed, debuted at No. 20 on the Aug. 29 edition of The New York Times bestseller list.
 
In the memoir, Roseanne, the eldest of daughter of legend Johnny Cash, remembers growing up in the Cash household and finding her own rhythm as a performer, daughter and mother.
 
Since Composed has been released, Cash has made appearances on several national programs, including ABC’s Good Morning America, PBS’ NewsHour With Jim Leher and NPR’s All Things Considered.” While on Good Morning America, the Grammy Award-winning singer performed a song from her 2009 album, The List. The performance boosted the album to No. 1 on Amazon’s Top Country Albums chart and from No. 68 to No. 28 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. The album also rose to No. 13 on iTunes Top Country Albums chart.
is on the ballot for The Americana Music Association’s Album of the Year. A ceremony will be held at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on Sept. 9 to announce the winners. Roseanne is set to perform at the event.
