Carrie Underwood has been a busy lady lately: singing for flood relief concerts, getting engaged, and now setting a date! According to Celebrity-Gossip.net, she told Life & Style magazine the wedding is set for July 10, but would give no more details.
She was not, however, as secretive about her bachelorette party on June 26. She and some friends headed to Las Vegas for a girl's weekend. Underwood forwent strippers and adult entertaintment for shopping and spa time before topping the night off with some drinking and dancing in the Lavo Nightclub at the Palazzo Hotel. "She was very tamed and did not wanna attract any attention," a source told Hollywood Scoop, as reported by AOL's The Boot.
While Underwood was in Vegas, her fiancé, Mike Fisher, had something of a boys night at the Cabana restaurant in Nashville. He had already celebrated his bachelor party in Miami and was just relaxing with the guys.
Both low-key parties seem to insinuate a low-key, family-oriented wedding. "We'll just show up," Underwood told People of the couple's big day. "It's mainly about family and friends and the two of us. So it's going to be good no matter what."
