Miley Cyrus Learned from Godmother Dolly Parton Early On

Miley-Cyrus-Dolly-Parton
The guest list has been made for Dolly Parton's taping of Dolly Celebrates 25 Years of Dollywood TV special. The Country legend has invited her old pals Kenny Rogers, Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus to join her in celebrating the theme park.

Parton said Rogers and the Cyruses mean a lot to her for different reasons.

"Kenny and I are like an old married couple," Parton told Scrippnews. "Miley is so hot right now, and Billy Ray, well, he's just plain hot to me." Parton is also Miley's Godmother.

Parton, Miley and Billy Ray remebered the good ole' times when taping the show. The three sat in an attic above Dollywood and played guitars and told tales. When Parton and Billy Ray sang their 1994 duet, "Romeo," Parton was curious to see if Miley remembered the song, being only two when it hit radio.

"Oh, yeah," Miley told Parton. "I used to dance to the video all the time when I was a kid."

During the hour-long special, Parton and Miley will perform a version of "Jolene," and Parton and Rogers will sing "Islands in the Stream" and "I Will Always Love You."

The show will include pictures of the park and memories of artists who performed there. It will air Saturday, July 3, at 8 p.m. EST on Hallmark Channel.
