Former NFL player Kyle Turley released his first Country album in March, titled Anger Management.

The album features tracks such as "Another Whiskey" and the title track, "Anger Management," a song inspired by his helmet-throwing incident back in 2001.

That year, Turley was playing for the New Orleans Saints, and in a game against the New York Jets, tried to protect the quarterback from Jets defender Damien Robinson. The two players fought and Turley tackled Robinson to the ground. When they were separated by referees, Turley emerged with Robinson's helmet and flung it across the field. "Anger Management" includes references to the incident within its lyrics.

Turley's full album is available on iTunes. For more information, visit www.gridironrecords.com.
