Bodell Records recording artist Jamie Tate has been named an honorary ambassador by the USO of North Carolina for her ongoing support and contributions to the United Service Organizations, Inc.

The USO of N.C. designated Tate as an ambassador in response to the her upcoming, “I’ll Give My All” initiative. In March, Tate recorded a song of the same title with the world-renowned 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus in Nashville during a recording session at Black River Music Group studios. The track is part of an online campaign that aims to deliver the song via digital download to more than one million military servicemen and women around the world.

“I am incredibly honored that the USO of North Carolina has made me an honorary ambassador,” said Tate. “The USO of NC does so much for our military, and I’m proud to say that I’m associated with such an esteemed organization. I’m humbled that ‘I’ll Give My All’ has the opportunity to reach millions of our servicemen and women around the world and make a difference in their lives in some small way.”

As part of her ambassadorship, Tate will appear and perform at USO of N.C. events and other military activities throughout North Carolina and other parts of the country. In addition, the upcoming video shoot for “I’ll Give My All” will take place on location at Pope Air Force Base and Fort Bragg on May 17-19.  Both bases are located in North Carolina.

A portion of the sales from “I’ll Give My All” benefits the Wounded Warrior Project for the 82nd Airborne, the USO of N.C. and the Military Family Lifestyle Charitable Foundation. More specific details about the campaign will be released as the initiative officially launches in the coming months.
