Other previously announced performers include: Jason Aldean, Billy Currington, Alan Jackson, Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Kellie Pickler, Rascal Flatts, Darius Rucker, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and Zac Brown Band.

Adkins will be making his 10th consecutive appearance at the nightly concerts, whereas newcomers Easton Corbin and American Idol’s Danny Gokey will be making their first.

After beginning nearly 39 years ago, the CMA Music Festival has been a host to more than 2,000 Country acts. The festival is held to celebrate the relationship between Country Music artists and their fans. All artists participate for free, while CMA donates half of the net proceeds to support music education through the Keep the Music Playing program. Since the beginning of the program, $3.3 million has been donated to Metro Nashville Public Schools, providing students with the instruments, supplies and opportunities they may not have been able to afford on their own.

The music festival consists of concerts, autograph signings, family activities and much more. Tickets are currently available, but selling fast. The price range for a four-day ticket is from $110 to $155. To buy tickets, call 1-800-CMA-FEST or visit www.ticketmaster.com.
