We all know Taylor Swift is 'fearless,' but it turns out her album of the same name is living up to its title as well. Swift’s six-times-platinum Fearless album was recognized as the most awarded album in the history of Country Music at a private dinner in Nashville on Tuesday, March 16.

The album is the only album in history to win the all-genre Album of The Year Grammy, plus Country Album of the Year awards from the Grammys, the Country Music Association, the Academy of Country Music and the American Music Awards. Representatives from NARAS, The American Music Awards, The Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music joined Big Machine Records Group President and CEO Scott Borchetta for a group presentation honoring Swift for her achievement.

"I hope you know how happy and honored I feel. I'm proud of the people this happened to me with. This was not wasted on us. We all appreciate it so much. We've had a lot change for us. I've seen a lot of you get new cars. Other than that, you're the same people I've always known,” said Swift.

Swift was also honored for:
  • More than 13 million in total record sales
  • More than 25 million digital downloads
  • The 6X platinum certification of Fearless, meaning sales of more than six million
  • Fearless as the No. 1 selling album in the U.S. in both 2008 and 2009
  • The 5X platinum certification of Swift's self-titled debut album, released in 2006
  • The No. 1 and 2 positions atop Nielsen's BDS 2009 Top 10 Most Played Songs chart (all genres), for You Belong With Me and Love Story.
  • The No. 1 spots on both the 2009 Top 10 Artist Airplay chart (all genres) and the Top 10 Artist Internet Streams chart.
  • Her four most recent No. 1 singles ("Should've Said No," "Love Story," "White Horse," and "You Belong With Me")
