At the opening festivities of the 28th Annual George Strait Team Roping Classic finals in San Antonio on Friday, March 12, George Strait announced plans for a stadium show in San Antonio’s the Alamodome.
In addition, Strait will perform in Nashville at the Bridgestone Arena on April 28 with 2010 tour mates Reba and Lee Ann Womack. Strait announced the Nashville concert earlier this week. This will be Strait’s first performance in the arena since 2004 when he broke the house record for most attendance.
The San Antonio show, scheduled for May 1, will have appearances by the Randy Rogers Band in addition to Reba and Lee Ann Womack.
Tickets for the San Antonio show go on sale March 27 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster and tickets for the Nashville show go on sale March 20 at 10:00 a.m. at
