Betts This year's inductees into the Country Music Hall of Fame are Vince Gill (in the 1975 - present category); Mel Tillis (in the World War II - 1975 category) and Ralph Emery (in the non-performer category). The announcement was made this morning at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, with special guests Barbara Mandrell, Brenda Lee and Nashville Mayor Bill Purcell. The honorees will be inducted at a ceremony on Oct. 28 in Nashville. The event will be taped and highlights from it may be used in the CMA Awards show, which will air Nov. 7.
