Jessica Harp recently released her sassy and empowering single, "A Woman Needs," to radio. The single, which is the title-track from her upcoming album, is an anthem to women about taking risks and getting a second chance to chase dreams.
“'A Woman Needs' is a really special song,” said Harp in a statement. “It’s about women coming into their own and following their dreams, following their paths, and sometimes taking the path unknown. I think the obvious answer with me, the dream that I’ve followed, is the dream that I’ve had since I was three years old – to grow up to be a Country singer.”
The video for "A Woman Needs" is expected to be out next Monday, Jan. 25. Fans can also watch webisodes on the making of the video, which will feature a contest code at the end of each segment. Fans can enter the code on a sweeps page on Harp's Web site for a chance to win a weekend getaway to Nashville, as well as a meeting with Harp.
