Jason Michael Carroll's 2009 touring schedule in coming to a close, and the deep-voiced singer is getting ready to return home to North Carolina for the holidays.
The Carroll Christmas season begins with an annual picture with Santa. Then Carroll, his wife and their four children head home to decorate the Christmas tree, with a different child bestowed the honor of placing the angel on the top each year. Next up is the tradition of watching the classic children's movie "The Muppet Christmas Carol." Traditions culminate on Christmas morning when extended family comes to their house for breakfast.
"Having sausage biscuits on Christmas morning is a tradition that started many years ago with my 'Grandmommie' and we still look forward to it every year,"  Carroll said.
Carroll will hit the road again in January, with his first appearance on Jan. 9 at the Nashville Sound and Speed event. For a full list of 2010 tour dates, visit jasonmichaelcarroll.com.
