Country Music starlet Taylor Swift has joined forces with singer/songwriter John Mayer in a duet on his new album. Entitled "Half of My Heart," the track will be available on Mayer's Battle Studies, due out this fall.
The Boot reports an early spring Tweet from the indie rocker: "Waking up to this song idea that won't leave my head. 3 days straight now. That means it's good enough to finish," Mayer wrote on his Twitter page. "It's called 'Half of My Heart' and I want to sing it with Taylor Swift. She would make a killer [Stevie] 'Nicks' in contrast to my 'Tom [Petty]' of a song."
Fans of Swift and Mayer can find the album Nov. 17.
