Country music sensation Terri Clark will attend the Canadian CMA’s with something to celebrate at the end of the night, whether she takes home an award or not. Her mother, Linda, who has fought cancer for two years, will be at the awards show with her daughter, and Clark said every second they share together is precious.
Clark told Sun Media she unsure if her mother would be able to attend because of her illness; but as the inspiration behind Clark’s music, Linda kept fighting to be able to make it.
Clark will perform at the Vancouver show along with Reba McEntire, Martina McBride and Emerson Drive. The U.S. Country Music Association announced their nominees Wednesday on ABC’s Good Morning America.
