The Loveless Cafe is known around the world for having some the best southern food, frequent stops by Country Music stars and the best scratch-made biscuits from Biscuit Lady Carol Fay. The team at the Loveless Cafe has been working on a top secret new recipe for months, and they are now pleased to announce their new Piggy Popcorn.

Piggy Popcorn is a carmel-candied bacon popcorn treat which is popped in pure bacon grease, then covered in a secret caramel sauce and studded with lean bits of Loveless' own hickory-smoked country cured bacon. Even Carol Fay doesn't know the secret to this recipe, and after trying it for the first time, Carol said, "Honey, I don't know what is in this Piggy Popcorn, but I can't put it down! And I'm definitely not sharing!"

One of the creators of the Piggy Popcorn, Colleen Phelan said, "I am so proud of Piggy Popcorn. It is so wrong that it is right!"

Piggy Popcorn can be purchased at the Hams and Jams store next door to the Loveless (located at 8400 Highway 100 just outside of Nashville) for only $6.95 a bag. The popcorn can also be purchased online. For more information visit www.hamsandjams.com or www.lovelesscafe.com.
