After winning a spot in last years PEOPLE Magazine's Most Beautiful People issue, without wearing makeup, it comes as no surprise that Taylor Swift won a spot in the magazine for a second year.
"It's important to be comfortable with who you are and go natural once in a while," she told PEOPLE.
Dancing With The Stars champ Julianne Hough also won a spot on the list after her career-boosting year in Music City. She admits that she enjoys being sexy while in the spotlight.
"I'm the first to admit it: I like being sexy," she told PEOPLE. "I always wear the shorter shorts, and my dad's like, 'Cover up!' Modesty, that's my biggest downfall."
Other artists and celebrities to make the list that will be released on Friday include Ciara, Christina Aguilera and Christina Applegate. Applegate is this year's cover girl.
