Free stuff seems to fall out of the sky for ACM Artist of the Decade George Strait, who recently received free memorabilia from the Justin Boot Company, Wrangler Jeans and Resistol.
At the taping of the ACM Artist of the Decade Special, which is to air Wednesday, May, 27, at 8 p.m. on CBS, the three leading Country and western brand name companies presented Strait with a commemorative, custom-made saddle by Cactus Saddlery. He was also honored with a pair of complementary boots embroidered with Artist of the Decade by Justin Boots and a one-of-a-kind beaver hat from Resistol.
“The Artist of the Decade award clearly couldn’t go to a more deserving artist than George Strait,” said Lisa Lankes, director of corporate communications and licensing for Justin Brands, Inc. “He is a true champion, a valued extension of the Justin name and we are privileged to help him celebrate this momentous occasion.”
