She blogged about the condition Wednesday on her Web site. An update revealed that she talked to a physical therapist about the ailment and has begun a treatment program to help with pain.  Jewel talked about her ambition and drive to continue on with the show in a statement released Thursday.  “Yes, it is true I have had a minor setback in my training for Dancing With the Stars, but I am dedicated to getting better and showing the judges and America that I can cha cha with the best of them,” Jewel said. “Don’t count me out…I am in this for the long run.” Jewel joins fellow Country stars Julianne Hough and Chuck Wicks on the show. Her husband, rodeo star Ty Murray, will also be a contestant on the show this season. Find out what the Big Dog thinks about this, read Webb's Woof
