Three other men have been arrested and imprisoned for the murders.   The suit actually names all three Dixie Chicks band members but focuses on Maines. Maines took part in a rally in Little Rock, Ark., last year and has written on the Dixie Chicks Web site about new evidence in the case. The evidence Maines cites is the same used by attorneys for the men, known as the West Memphis Three, who were convicted of the crimes in their filings to overturn the convictions.
