Billy Ray Cyrus and Daughter Miley to Perform on "Good Morning America"

Wake up and then celebrate into the night with Hollywood Records artist Miley Cyrus, star of Disney's Hannah Montana and the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures animated film Bolt, and her father, Lyric Street Records artist, television co-star and duet partner Billy Ray Cyrus. The enormously popular father/daughter, acting/singing pair will perform on ABC News' Good Morning America Wednesday, Nov. 12, and they are also scheduled to present a trophy that night during "The 42nd Annual CMA Awards" live from Nashville on the ABC Television Network.  The Good Morning America concert event will take place on The Chevy Stage at the Sommet Center's outside plaza at the corner of Broadway and Fifth Avenue in Downtown Nashville and is presented by Chevrolet. ABC News' Good Morning America will ramp up the excitement leading to The 42nd Annual CMA Awards, airing later that night (8-11 p.m. EST) live from the Sommet Center in Nashville."With Miley and Billy Ray performing on Good Morning America you can leave the caffeine in the coffee pot," said CMA CEO Tammy Genovese. "What a great way to jump start the day and then tune in that night for their appearance on the CMA Awards. It's Miley and Billy Ray from sun up to sun down and I know their fans in Nashville will be out in droves to see them!" ABC News' Good Morning America is anchored by Diane Sawyer and Robin Roberts. Chris Cuomo is the news anchor and Sam Champion is the weather anchor. The morning news program airs live from 7-9 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday, on the ABC Television Network. Jim Murphy is the Senior Executive Producer and Tom Cibrowski is the Executive Producer of ABC News' Good Morning America.The 42nd Annual CMA Awards will be held Wednesday, Nov. 12, at the Sommet Center in Nashville. The three-hour gala will be carried live by the ABC Television Network from 8-11 p.m. EST, 7-10 p.m. CST. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will host the CMA Awards and perform. Additional performers include Trace Adkins, Jason Aldean, Rodney Atkins, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney and The Wailers, the Eagles, Alan Jackson, Kid Rock, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, James Otto, Kellie Pickler, George Strait, Sugarland, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and more. Presenters include Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Heidi Newfield, Darius Rucker, Josh Turner, Reese Witherspoon and Lee Ann Womack, among others.
