Country Music superstar Trace Adkins announced this week he will soon take part in another USO tour to the Middle East. The week-long journey will allow the troops to see an Adkins performance, get autographs and take photographs with the star. Adkins is a long-time supporter of the USO, receiving the USO Merit Award last year for his continuous support of the troops. "I'm really humbled by the opportunity to spend more time with our nation's finest," said Adkins. "This is such an honor for me to be able to visit with our military and tell them how much we truly appreciate all the sacrifices they make for our country and our freedom." Adkins also can be seen this fall on the popular series CMT Crossroads, when he takes the stage with the southern rock band, 38 Special. CMT Crossroads: 39 Special and Trace Adkins will premiere on Saturday, Sept. 27, at 8 p.m. EST on CMT.
