Betts Carrie Underwood’s performance at New York City's Madison Square Garden this week, as part of the joint tour she's doing with Keith Urban, gives her claim to an interesting record - she's now the only American Idol contestant ever to headline her own concert at the legendary venue. And even though today is Valentine's Day, Carrie's show in Hershey, PA, means she’s not likely to have the chance to go out and have a romantic time with anyone. If she had her way, Carrie says her perfect romantic evening would involve staying home and enjoying a nice dinner prepared by her date. “I've never had a guy cook for me, so I think it'd be really awesome if the guy just ... made the atmosphere nice, maybe light some candles and made me a good meal.” No steak, however, since Carrie’s a vegetarian, but Carrie says she'd like some chocolate for dessert. Considering where she’s playing tonight, Carrie will no doubt have access to an unlimited supply of Kisses (of the Hershey’s chocolate variety).
