11/15/2007 Stephen L. Betts Keith Urban fans have put together a limited edition 2008 Keith calendar with proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Authorized by Keith, the calendar is designed and created completely by the singer’s Monkeyville fan club utilizing their photos. The project came about as a challenge by Keith in 2003 for his fan club to assist in generating funds for the hospital, which was founded by actor Danny Thomas. Sales of the calendar are part of the Country Cares for St. Jude Kids program, which involves country artists creating awareness of the hospital, its needs and the research involved in pediatric cancer.
