Country superstar Tim McGraw is at No. one on Mediabase this week with his 35th career smash hit "Southern Girl." This also marks the third consecutive No. one from Two Lanes of Freedom.
"I think on every record there's a song that the fans take and make their own, and we saw that happen with 'Southern Girl' on the road this summer," said McGraw. "It's been an incredible year and having so much success and three straight No. ones played a big part of that. I listen to country radio every morning without fail. McGraw will perform at the 47th Annual CMA Awards on Wed., Nov. 6 on ABC where he is nominated for three awards for the PLATINUM certified No. one “Highway Don’t Care,” an all-star collaboration with Taylor Swift, featuring Keith Urban on guitar.
