Luke Bryan Set To Perform On Upcoming Episodes Of “America’s Got Talent” and “The View”

Superstar and reigning ACM Entertainer of The Year Luke Bryan will head to New York for television appearances next week between dates on his Dirt Road Diaries Tour. Luke will perform his new smash single “That’s My Kind Of Night” from his Crash My Party album on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” season finale on Wednesday, September 18. On Thursday, September 19 Luke will appear on ABC’s popular talk and entertainment program “The View” as a guest host alongside Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Sherri Shepherd and new co-host Jenny McCarthy.
Earlier this week Luke received three nominations for the 47th Annual CMA Awards, Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist and Musical Event for “The Only Way I Know” with Jason Aldean and Eric Church. The show will air live on ABC on November 6 from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, where Luke will play two-sold out shows this October!
Luke’s Crash My Party album sold 527,783 units in its first week of release in mid-August, making it the largest sales debut for a Country male artist since 2004 and it topped both the Billboard 200 and Country sales charts and is the third highest album to debut across all genres this year. Additionally, Luke is one of only two country artists that have sold more than a half-million copies of an album in a single week since 2008. This is Bryan’s second consecutive Top 200 #1 album. 
Luke’s career now boasts over four million in album sales with seven #1 singles. At the close of 2012, he was named the #1 Artist of the Year and #1 Male Artist of 2012 by Country Aircheck. Billboard named tailgates & tanlines the #2 Country Album and the #3 Country Artist Album of 2012 and claimed Luke as the #3 Top Country Artist of the Year. Also in 2012, Luke took home 11 music awards, including a record nine wins at the American Country Awards as well as his first American Music Award. This spring, Luke co-hosted the Academy of Country Music Awards with Blake Shelton and received the coveted Entertainer of the Year award as well as the Vocal Event award with Jason Aldean and Eric Church for “The Only Way I Know.”
