Ashley Monroe’s critically-acclaimed solo debut album, Like A Rose, which debuted Top-10 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, was released last week to vinyl and is available for purchase as part of a special bundle in celebration of Record Store Day on April 20th (bundle details below).

Monroe is also set to release five exclusive acoustic video versions of her songs that were recorded using a special 1940’s reel-to-reel analog tape recorder, capturing her music to a medium that allows Monroe to better communicate with her listeners in the current moment, note and lyric.
The first two tracks, “Weed Instead of Roses” and “Like A Rose,” were featured this week on both Rolling Stone and The Washington Post.
According to The Washington Post, Monroe says, “One of my favorite things to do is sit around and listen to old records…it’s so cool digging through the bins trying to find them. I get giddy about records.”
