Grand Ole Opry Debut at CRS 2013

Grand Ole Opry Stage

The 2013 Country Radio Seminar will begin with a performance of the renowned country music show, the Grand Ole Opry.

It has been 40 years since the last time the Grand Ole Opry has visited the stage of CRS, an annual convention in the Country music industry.

The Opry rarely hosts stages shows that are not apart of the normal program schedule, thus making the performance an exceptional occasion.

We’re excited to deliver a special show featuring some of radio’s biggest current hit-makers who are also some of the most popular artists who visit our stage for all our friends in country radio when CRS returns to town next month,” said Opry Vice President and General Manager Pete Fisher.

Confirmed performers are, Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker, Vince Gill, Dustin Lynch and Scotty McCreery. Additional performing artists will be released within the coming weeks.

The Humana’s My Well-Being sponsored event will begin at 7 p.m., directly following the annual CRS Artist/Attendee Welcome Reception at the Nashville Convention Center. All CRS attendees are invited to attend.

CRS 2013 will be held Feb. 27 – Mar. 1 at the Nashville Convention Center. Register for the event at www.CountryRadioSeminar.com.
