Multi-platinum hit duo Big & Rich have used their creativity to inspire others’ creativity in a project using four songs off their new album Hillbilly Jedi, released September 18 on Warner Bros. Records. Handpicked directors applied their vision to “Party Like Cowboys,” “Born Again,” “Lay It All On Me,” and “Cheat On You” in an ‘art inspiring art’ scenario that will premiere on CMT’s “Hillbilly Hijack” segment October 5.
With a limited budget and only a week to build a visual around the music, directors The Edde Brothers, Ryan Hamblin, Kip Kubin and Jeff Venable all set to work with full creative freedom to produce unique music videos for the tracks. The hour-long special on October 5 will look at a collection of Big & Rich’s past hits as well as the new director’s cuts.
