Multi-platinum country rocker Jason Aldean's "Fly Over States" reached the top of the radio charts, becoming his ninth career No.1 and fifth consecutive single off his double-platinum album My Kind of Party to hit No. 1.

"I've always loved this song, and I really hoped it would be a single eventually.  I didn't know we would get to put out five songs off this album, let alone have all of them go to No. 1.  It totally blows my mind," said Aldean.   "I'm really looking forward to the summer leg of the tour and getting some new music ready!"

Aldean is currently headlining the record-breaking 2012 My Kind Of Party Tour.  He kicks off amphitheatre season this weekend with a sold-out show in Birmingham, AL on Thursday, before heading to Atlanta, GA for a two-night stand at Aaron’s Amphitheatre at Lakewood on Friday and Saturday.  The first Atlanta show sold out in only four minutes in February so a second was added and sold out in just a few hours.  Aldean has sold out every show so far this year, setting over a dozen venue attendance records along the way.

Aldean has sold more than six million copies of his four studio albums and topped the charts with nine No. 1 songs. The reigning CMA Album of the Year, My Kind of Party was the top-selling country album of 2011 and the No. 5 best-seller in all genres.
