It has been a huge week for Jason Aldean! The country star won both Album of the Year and Musical Event of the Year at the CMA Awards Wednesday, and now he continues his winning streak by taking home the Breakthrough Award at the Billboard Touring Awards.

The Breakthrough Award is awarded to the highest grossing artist who joined the list for the first time in their career. Former winners include Lady Gaga and Justin Timberlake. Katy Perry and Rhianna were both on the list this year but could not beat Jason's winning streak. More than 50 arenas sold out for his My Kinda Party Tour.

"This has been an incredible week for us," says Jason. "I got my first ever CMA Awards on Wednesday, and now to win something based on touring - that's what it's all about for me. I'm really proud of our live show, so to be honored for it is pretty special. Makes me want to get out there and do it even bigger and better next year!"

The second leg of Jason's tour begins Jan. 20 in Greenville, S.C.
