Tootsie's Orchid Lounge is celebrating its 51st birthday on Nov. 23, and everyone wants in on the action. The Kentucky Headhunters, The Roys, The McClymonts and several other bands will be performing at the outdoor shindig that day. Plus, Kid Rock will be performing that night at the Ryman in celebration.

"Last year having Kris Kristofferson, Terri Clark, Randy Houser and Mel Tillis was the beginning of what has become an annual event - The Tootsie's Birthday Bash!," says Steve Smith, Tootsie's owner. "Knowing how Kid Rock has agreed to partner with Tootsie's and co-brand his Ryman show as part of our Birthday Bash is just proof of what we are creating here."

Tootsie's birthday will be celebrated on three stages this year: the roof-top of Rippy's, a stage in the street on Broadway and the Ryman stage. Ticket's for Kid Rock's Ryman performance are already sold out!

"We are so honored to be performing at Tootsie's 51st Birthday Bash," says Sam McClymont. "We are looking forward to playing in front of our adopted hometown audience and rocking out with such a great group of artists! It doesn't get much cooler than this!"
