Kenny Chesney and Grace Potter join the lineup for “The 45th Annual CMA Awards.” The duo will perform their hit song, “You and Tequila.”

The awards are hosted by Braid Paisley and Carrie Underwood and feature some of country music’s best performers. These performers include Jason Aldean, The Band Perry, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Taylor Swift, and Keith Urban. Brad and Carrie will perform their first live televised-performance of the No. 1 song, “Remind Me.”

Bridgestone Arena in Nashville will host the event live on Wednesday, Nov. 9 on the ABC Television Network.

Chesney is a four-time CMA Entertainer of the Year and is nominated for three awards this year, including Male Vocalist, Musical Event and Music Video of the Year (both for "You and Tequila" with Potter). He has won seven CMA Awards thus far and is tied with Garth Brooks for the most wins in the category of Entertainer of the Year.

Potter is making her CMA Awards debut and has received two nominations, Musical Event and Music Video of the Year, both for her performance with Chesney on "You and Tequila." She is the front woman for the group Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, who were named one of the “Best New Bands of 2010” by Rolling Stone. Their most recent album features the hit single, “Paris (Ooh La La).”
