Though Toby Keith tends to write his owns songs, one track off his upcoming album, Clancy's Tavern, was not penned by the country artist. The song, "Red Solo Cup," is exactly what the title makes it out to be - all about the red, plastic party cup.
"It does everybody the same way it did me," says Toby. "They'll say, 'That's the stupidest song in the world and I can't get it out of my head.' Sometimes it's good for the world to hear something like that."
The song features Toby along with the four writers of the song: Brett and Jim Beavers with Brad and Brett Warren. Together, the five men were responsible for every note on the track. They can even be seen in the music video here: http://youtu.be/BKZqGJONH68.
