One week later, on October 22, Martina will be the featured guest at Women Rock for the Cure’s third annual “Opry Goes Pink.” She will flip the switch that turns the Opry’s legendary barn door backdrop pink for the night. The special show will also include performances by Lauren Alania, Eden’s Edge, Kellie Pickler, Ronnie Milsap, and will include activities recognizing breast cancer survivors and the continuing fight against the disease.
Tickets for the event are available at (615) 871-OPRY and $5 from each ticket sold will be donated to cancer research funding. For fans who can’t make it to Nashville, will also be going pink for the day, holding special auctions in the days leading up to the event with proceeds benefitting Women Rock for the Cure.
