On Monday, November 21, 2011, Phil Vassar and Sawyer Brown will join the one and only Charlie Daniels at the Ryman Auditorium for the 10th anniversary of the Charlie Daniels Band & Friends Concert.
Proceeds for the November concert will go to benefit Christmas 4 Kids, a non-profit organization that has allowed children to go on Christmas shopping sprees for more than 25 years.
The shopping trips are awarded to over 400 children from 29 different schools. The day-long trip starts with a ride in an entertainer's tour bus, followed by lunch and a party at College Heights Baptist Church. The party is hosted by Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Following the Christmas party, the children are taken to the Hendersonville, Tennessee Walmart where they are given $150 to spend. They are also given a new winter coat.
