Brenda Lee And Jeannie Seely To Host SOURCE Awards

Famed singer Brenda Lee and Grand Ole Opry Star Jeannie Seely are scheduled to host the Ninth Annual SOURCE Awards again this year. The awards will take place Aug. 25 at the Noah Liff Opera Center in Nashville.

The SOURCE Awards were created in 2003 as a way to recognize the women  who contribute greatly to the music industry.

"This has been a labor of love for these special women," said Kay Smith, chairman and founder of the SOURCE Awards. "Many of the women we have honored were integral in their own careers, and in some cases are also personal friends. Brenda and Jeannie have claimed ownership of the podium, and we couldn't be more than thrilled and grateful. Their natural wit and charm adds intimacy, humor and warmth to the event and always, without fail, sets the tone for an unparalleled evening of recognition."
