American Idol Season 10 Highlights Now Available

2011 American Idol top 4
The tenth season of American Idol may be over, but fans of the show can look forward to four new EPs showcasing the biggest hits of this season’s final four. The top Idol contestants included two country singers, winner Scotty McCreery and runner-up Lauren Alaina, as well as Haley Reinhart and James Durbin. Each release will contain five of the contestant’s best songs of the season, one of which will be an exclusive track that has never before been available for purchase.

Scotty and Lauren’s EPs will include their hit singles “I Love You This Big” and “Like My Mother Does.” Scotty’s “I Love You This Big” made history when it debuted at No. 32 on Billboard’s Nielsen BDS-based Hot Country Songs chart, making it the highest debut for a new artist in more than two decades. The song eventually reached No. 3 on the Billboard Digital Songs chart and No. 1 on iTunes. Lauren’s “Like My Mother Does,” a tribute to her biggest fan and supporter, also made a splash at No. 49 on the Hot Country Songs chart after both it and Scotty’s singles were debuted on the finale of American Idol on May 24, 2011.

Each EP will feature 5 songs and cost $5, available only at Walmart and Walmart.com. Track listings for the four “American Idol Season 10 Highlights” EPs are listed below:
