Blake Shelton is on a roll! With his fourth consecutive No. 1 single, “Honey Bee” on the top of the charts in only 10 weeks making it his fastest rising single-to-date. The single is at the top of the Billboard chart, Country Aircheck / Mediabase chart and on the BDS Canada Country and Mediabase Canadian Country chart.
With Shelton’s recent marriage to Miranda Lambert, he’s got a lot to celebrate. In the 10 weeks of its release, “Honey Bee” hit nearly one million in digital single sales. Not to mention he scored theaward wins last week when he received the “Male Video of the Year and “Best Web Video of the Year.”
This is Shelton’s number ninth single. The album that houses this single, Red River Blue, was produced by Scott Hendricks and is available everywhere on July 12.
Shelton is currently one of the musician coaches on NBC’s The Voice. It airs Tuesday nights at 9/8c.
