Over 100 people were arrested for public drunkenness, underage drinking, and various other alcohol-related crimes last Saturday at the New England Country Music Festival in Foxboro, Mass.  With headliners Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, and Sugarland bringing in more people, police say that alcohol use was on the rise.
"The binge drinking is pretty significant," said Foxboro Police Chief Ed O'Leary.  "Since people have started coming to the gates at [5:00 PM], we've had a rapid increase in the number of people we've taken into custody."
Police were cracking down in response to events from last year's festival, where two women were killed in  car crash after the show.
